1. Accumulated flow rate of electromagnetic flowmeter
There are mainly two ways to obtain the accumulated flow rate of electromagnetic flowmeter: direct reading and formula calculation. Its accuracy is affected by instrument accuracy, fluid characteristics, and installation conditions.
1. Core method for obtaining cumulative traffic: 1 Directly read the instrument display. Most contemporary electromagnetic flow meters have built-in cumulative modules, and the main interface can directly display the total or difference value of forward and reverse flow. When operating, three points should be noted: • Refer to the instruction manual to confirm the function path, as there are differences in the menu hierarchy of different brands of instruments • Identify the type of integrator, and some devices have three independent sets of forward/reverse/differential data - pay attention to power-off protection function, high-quality instruments have built-in storage chips to prevent data loss. 2 The calculation method for obtaining cumulative values takes the 4-20mA output signal as an example, which is implemented in three steps: signal conversion: according to the formula $$\ text {real-time flow rate (L/s)}=\ frac {I-4} {16} \ times 50 $$, convert the current value into instantaneous flow rate. When a 12mA signal is detected, the corresponding flow rate is (12-4)/16 × 50=25L/s. Time integration: Set the sampling period to T seconds (usually 1 second), and the total flow rate within N seconds is $$\ sm_i=1 ^ {N} (\ text_i \ times T) $$. When working continuously for 30 minutes (1800 seconds), it is necessary to accumulate the instantaneous flow rate and time interval product of 1800 sampling points. Unit conversion:
